Chester has been seeing Masami for years, and she has changed the grooming process from one of stress and anxiety to a pleasure for our pup. He loves to see Masami, and she takes excellent care of him. At the beginning of each cut, Masami checks in on precisely what we're after, and he always walks out looking fresh and perfectly groomed. Masami always brings out his cute features and makes him look his best. I wouldn't take our pup anywhere else.
